In-house sewing, embroidery, DTF, local pickup, facility or unit delivery by arrangement, and U.S. shipping are available. Final timing depends on quantity and materials.

Which embroidery color is correct?
Army OCP rank, name tapes, and U.S. Army tapes use black embroidery. Air Force OCP rank, name tapes, and U.S. Air Force tapes use spice brown.
Can you sew everything onto my coat?
Yes, for eligible garments. Request name-tape, service-tape, rank, flag, or unit-patch sewing individually, or request a complete coat setup. Placement and garment condition are confirmed first.
How long do personalized tapes take?
Vanguard currently lists approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping. Sewing and delivery time are confirmed with the order.
Can personalized or altered items be returned?
Personalized or altered items are not returnable unless the item differs from the approved spelling or First Due Goods LLC made an error.
How are Connecticut unit patches selected?
Only positively verified Connecticut formations with confirmed supplier SKUs are prepared. Similar-looking, obsolete, unrelated-state, or uncertain patches remain unavailable.
Do you offer unit or shop pricing?
Yes. Send the item list, sizes, quantities, deadline, and approved artwork. MAP-controlled offers are provided privately by quote.
