Shipping Policy

First Due Goods LLC currently ships within the United States only.

Production time
Most products are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Orders containing personalized products may require additional time if we need clarification about your customization.

Shipping options
Standard shipping is $8, or free on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after production. Express shipping is $15 with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days after production. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or address issues.

Order accuracy and tracking
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. First Due Goods LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
